At Varzeni, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Returns
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us within this period and return the item within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (where possible). We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by UK law. Additional charges for upgraded shipping services are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
